David has 20+ years of experience in the field of discrete RF hardware design of complex systems, antennas, NFC, standards based RF systems (WiFi, BT, BLE, etc.), high power RF amplifiers, high dynamic range receivers/VCOs for all radio applications in the fields of industrial, medical, military, consumer devices etc. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University.
Luke Tholen
CEO
Luke has 20 years of experience with RF hardware/software engineering and systems design. He specialties include RF power amplifiers and linearization techniques, RF standards based designs for WiFi, Bluetooth, BLE, LoRA WAN, M2M, GPS, mesh networks, and complex modulation chip down design—successful designs of system architectures for a variety of different products across many market segments. Luke has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Ross Loven
Senior Project Engineer
Ross has 16 years of experience in contract design industry serving as lead hardware design engineer on multiple commercial, industrial and medical projects. He provides technical project management experience implementing Earned Value Management on large-scale design projects. Ross has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Lucas Anderson
Principal RF & Electrical Engineer
Lucas has 20 years of experience in RF and Electrical Engineering. Hardware design lead on numerous projects with varying applications including highly linear power amplifier designs (Cartesian feedback, Digital pre-distortion), Wireless device tracking/motion sensing, APCO25 Phase 1 & 2, Near Field Communication (NFC), high specification Super heterodyne receiver architectures, mesh network systems, Satellite, Cellular and GPS. Lucas has developed software for manufacturing test (LabView certified) and assisted customers in FCC compliance certification. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Kory Meyers
Senior Project Manager
Kory has 14 years of experience in design of RF, analog and digital circuits, as well as control system automation for commercial, industrial and military applications. This includes embedded firmware design in C for various microcontrollers, designing and writing code for Allen Bradley equipment, such as PLC’s, PAC’s and industrial machine interfaces. He has experience with designing power systems to various industrial standards, including UL, NEC, IEC, etc. He also has technical project management experience working with small and large scale projects. Kory has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
